This was truely amazing to see and hear! Andrew and I started hearing birds so we looked outside to see 100s of birds in our trees. In ALL our trees! And the neighbor's trees and the field behind our house. I got Nate and the then the birds started landing on our lawn. When they decided to go to the next stop they all flew away at the same time. Turn as a flock and off they go. Here are a few pictures but they do not do it justice at all. The last picture shows them flying off and they seemed to keep coming and coming. Sorry for so many pics but it was SO neat to see in real life!

okay- my little guy Tai would be in Heaven if he saw this - HE LOVES BIRDS and at the beach? He will spend the entire day- not in the water, not in the sand, but CHASING THOSE DARN SEAGULLS. One time I caught him feeding all our picnic food to the birds and i got after him. I said it was for him to eat- so, he started eating his food very fast and he came back for more- shoved it in his mouth, came back for more- and after a while, I noticed he was chewing it and running off to spit it out for hte birds to eat so i would think he was eating it! (He was 3 when he did this.. Think about when his brain develops more cognitavely..omg) :)
